Though you have probably heard this a lot over the past few years, truly the heath and safety of my patients remains my number one priority.

All of the following health and safety procedures are done to keep you, me and all of the people I come into contact with safe and secure amidst the current global pandemic.

Masks are no longer required to be worn during your treatment, however if you would prefer that we both wear masks please let me know and I will abide without question.  Proper hand sanitation will be expected to be followed both by you and myself at all times.

All common areas of my home based clinic are meticulously sanitized between each patient.  When doing house calls all of my equipment is also meticulously sanitized prior to and after each patient.

You will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 pre-screening form prior to each of your visits as well.  If you do not meet the eligibility after completing your form your treatment will be cancelled.
