Areas of Expertise

Every person is different, and no two treatment plans are the same.

I combine over 16 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist with ongoing training in the theories of East Asian Medicine to provide treatments that are tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your body's needs.

My areas of focus include:

Chronic Pain Management

  • Helping people manage persistent pain, reduce flare-ups, and improve movement through individualized treatment plans.

Active Release Therapy

  • Using precise hands-on techniques to release muscle and fascial restrictions, improve mobility, and reduce pain caused by overuse, injury, or repetitive strain.

Cupping Therapy

  • Incorporating stationary and moving cupping techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery.

Relaxation Focused Massage & Vagus Nerve Stimulation

  • Providing a gentle, supportive approach for people who are prone to dizziness, anxiety, or nervous system sensitivity.

Arthritis Care

  • Helping people living with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other joint conditions improve mobility, reduce pain, and stay active.

Massage Approaches with East Asian Medicine Training

  • Currently completing formal training in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, integrating its principles into assessment and treatment to better understand the root causes of pain and dysfunction while preparing to expand services in the future.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, living with chronic pain, or looking to improve how your body moves and feels, my goal is to provide personalized, evidence-informed care that helps you get back to doing what matters most.

Hi, I'm Tiffany.

I've been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010, graduating from the three-year Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in Toronto. Over the past 16 years, I've had the privilege of helping people reduce pain, recover from injuries, and move with greater ease.

My path into massage therapy began after a serious slip and fall accident. That experience showed me the value of looking beyond symptoms and treating the whole person, not just the injury. It sparked a passion for helping others find lasting relief through thoughtful, individualized care.

Throughout my career, I've worked in multidisciplinary clinics, owned and operated a successful wellness clinic in the Greater Toronto Area, and treated clients from all walks of life. Today, my practice focuses on chronic pain, arthritis, Active Release Therapy, cupping therapy, and vasovagal massage for clients with nervous system sensitivity.

I'm also currently completing my Diploma in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine. This advanced training has deepened my understanding of how the body functions as an interconnected system and continues to shape the way I assess and treat my massage therapy clients.

In 2021, I returned home to Halifax, Nova Scotia, where I'm proud to serve the community where I was born. My goal is simple: to listen carefully, understand what your body needs, and create a treatment plan that helps you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you love.

If you have questions about massage therapy or whether treatment is right for you, I'd be happy to hear from you.
